TERMS OF SERVICE · VERSION 1.0 · EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 2, 2026
What you're buying. The Hunt Pass gives one person access to RealJobs listings, apply links, and posting histories for 90 days from purchase. It's for your own job hunt — not for resale, redistribution, or scraping.
What we promise. Every listing is sourced from an employer's own career page and re-checked daily. Every listing carries its history: first seen, last verified, and any changes we detected. When a listing disappears from an employer's page, we pull it from search. If you spot one we missed, tell us and we'll fix it.
What we don't promise. We don't guarantee you'll get hired, get an interview, or that any particular job is still open — employers control their pages, we just report what we see. Old postings that are still listed stay visible with their age shown; that's deliberate.
Refunds. No automatic refunds — if the pass wasn't useful, email us with what went wrong and we'll review it personally.
Monthly plan. The $14.99/month option renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your login link — you keep access until the end of the billing period. No partial-month refunds.
Fair use. One pass, one job hunter. If we detect automated scraping, bulk copying, or reselling of RealJobs data, we may suspend the pass without refund. We'll warn you first unless it's clearly abusive.
Liability. RealJobs is provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 90 days before the claim. We're not liable for hiring decisions, missed opportunities, or anything an employer does with their postings.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Your data. We store your email to deliver your login link. We count page visits with no cookies and no cross-site tracking; your IP is hashed daily and never stored. We never sell your data.
Changes to these terms. If we update these terms, the version you agreed to — and when — stays attached to your pass. New terms apply to new purchases.
Contact. RealJobs is a LoonieLab build, made in Canada. Email us from the address on the pricing page.
