Resume Match

Which postings fit you, skill by skill

What is this? RealJobs Resume Match reads your resume in your browser — nothing is uploaded, nothing touches our servers — pulls out your skills, years of experience and job titles, then scores live Canadian job postings against your profile. Every match shows which skills mentioned in the posting you have, and which mentioned skills aren't on your resume.

Private by design. Your resume is parsed entirely on your device with no network calls. The only thing that ever leaves your browser is the normal job-search request — same as using the search page. Your resume text is never stored anywhere but your own browser's local storage, and only as the extracted skill list, never the full text.
